Thanks guys for a very comfortable stay in the winter time. Glad I took standard king room, it was airy and neat. The setting is fab, it's right by the Kaylaka Park as well as Bulgaria. Plus, the hotel is 4 km from a natural cave...

the location was stunning - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. our room was newly furnished and airy and had tv set with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

Our standard room was bright with 2 double beds. Our stay was really comfortable and we would definitely come back there.

The location of this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing, surrounded by a beautiful park and a peaceful stream of water. It's a real pleasure to be in such a tranquil and natural setting. The rooms, although small, are incredibly comfortable and newly furbished, with cozy beds and a decent bathroom. Inside the hotel, it looks fabulous, with polite and friendly staff who made check-in and checkout a breeze. The best part? Our room had its own private sauna, which was absolutely jaw-dropping. Plus, the daily clean sheets, towels, and robes added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The chef at the restaurant was super- amazing, whipping up a delicious vegetarian meal for us upon request. this hotel offers an amazing experience with its incredible location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Always returning to my favorite hotel in Pleven. The staff recommended great places. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant, pool. Perfect for a city trip. No regrets!

We had an amazing stay at Park Hotel Kaylaka. The newly renovated rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location in the green park zone was perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was quick and efficient. We also loved the swimming pool, a great addition for a refreshing dip. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

One drawback was that the room was a bit small. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool is only available during the summer season.

We especially loved the pool area, which was much bigger than we expected and offered plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back!

Despite a few minor issues, such as the need for a clean-up and the slightly dark ambiance in the restaurant, this place surpassed our expectations in every way. The service was top-notch and the amenities provided, such as room service and laundry, were very convenient.
